About the Job

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Reporting team and drive the implementation of a new reporting solution.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of the reporting solution, ensuring it meets enterprise architecture and standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the reporting solution with various systems.
  3. Provide guidance and support to the delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Optimize the Jasper reports environment to improve product performance and report execution times.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and architecting reporting solutions using Jasper Reports.
  • Strong knowledge of Jasper Reports and its ecosystem.
  • Experience in people management is a plus.
  • Up-to-date, hands-on experience with Jasper Reports.
  • Senior-level exposure and experience in terms of technical skills.
  • Nice to have – experience in cloud and in other emerging technologies.
