About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Xurpas, Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Support: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Hardware Configuration: Assist in assembling and configuring new personal computer hardware according to approved specifications, standards, and procedures.
  • Asset Management: Perform asset management functions for all computer-related assets according to current policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related area is required.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in network support is necessary, as well as 3 years of experience in Genesys Engage (not Genesys Cloud). Experience in Ring Central and Cisco switches is also preferred.
  • Skills: Proven experience in L2/L3 Enterprise Network Support is essential.
