About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the BPO industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
