- Fraud audits and investigations are overseen for assigned clients across all Philippine sites that support the client.
- The first line of contact and escalation covering all related risk and fraud issues, activities, initiatives, and deliverables from internal and external clients is served.
- Team members are led, their professional development and growth fostered, and teamwork and cooperation promoted.
- Risk & Fraud management Analysts/Officers are managed, coached, and mentored based on their team's productivity, efficiency, efficacy, and overall work performance.
- Fraud audits and investigations are executed, including identifying risks, planning and prioritizing audit work, managing the audit process, developing recommendations, and reviewing them with appropriate management.
- Corrective action plans to mitigate risks are worked directly with various internal departments across assigned sites.
- Standardization of RAFM practices across all sites for assigned clients is ensured.
- Strategic planning and fiscal management (budget) of the Department collaborate with the RAFM management team in.
- Best practices between sites supporting assigned clients are deployed.
- RAFM on all client implementation teams represents and manages the coordination and delivery of all action items.
- Department policies & procedures such as hiring criteria, promotion criteria, department scorecards, and others develop assistance in.
- Discipline among RAFM personnel enforced; infractions of company rules documented as necessary and submitted incident reports to the Human Resources Department (HRD) for processing.
- Proficient training, management/staff development, and effective employee relations/recognition achieved for all RAFM personnel under his/her reporting structure.
- VXI RAFM organization at client weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) represented the required.
- Bachelor's/College Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years management experience. Equivalent experience may be substituted for any of the above.
- Experience in Risk and Fraud Management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Quality processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma/COPC Methodologies is an advantage.
- Open to candidates who are willing to relocate to Davao.
