E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of online activities across various markets, ensuring our digital storefront provides an engaging and seamless shopping experience.
This role focuses on delivering operational excellence — from refreshing product and campaign pages to maintaining site accuracy and content. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior executives for merchandising and marketing, as well as cross-functional teams, to keep our site updated, accurate, and optimized.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the revenue owner for Hong Kong and International online channels, driving growth and performance
- Support regular performance reviews and site checks to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports and updates for weekly reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization actions.
