Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop comprehensive training programs for existing and new systems.
  2. Develop, facilitate, and deliver learning and organizational development programs.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and deliver training programs and mandatory curriculum.
  4. Maintain accurate records of training and progress reports.
  5. Create project plans, including identifying subject matter experts when necessary.
  6. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Work collaboratively with other Global Training Teams to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in financial services (e.g., Financial Reporting/Audit/Accounting) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse levels of staff.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for this role.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
