Visual Content Specialist

Utilize your artistic expertise to create engaging visuals for our brand.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to interpret client briefs and develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing) and traditional media (print, packaging, promotional materials).
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments, with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
