Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content that resonates with our audience.

About the Role:

  • Rebuild client websites using modern templated themes.
  • Transform existing site maps and content structures into accessible layouts within the CMS.
  • Set up and integrate member portals in Umbraco, linked to CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to manage briefs and workload.
  • Ensure websites are well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding.
  • Track progress and communicate with the team via project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop visually appealing web content that meets client requirements.
  2. Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experience across devices.
  3. Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all work produced.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and content creation.
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  1. Strong eye for design and presentation with attention to detail.
  2. Experience with web or CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred; training provided).
  3. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  4. Familiarity with web content structures (site maps, navigation, accessibility).
  5. Understanding of modern image and graphic formats (e.g., WebP, SVG) and their impact on performance.
  6. Creative problem-solving to adapt content into new formats.
