Optimizing Workforce Performance

We're seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to join our organization immediately.

The ideal candidate will oversee workforce planning, monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis, and collaborate with various teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to senior leadership.
  • Utilizes data analytics to optimize staffing levels.
  • Tracks employee metrics, including absenteeism and attrition rates.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manages employee databases, ensuring accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Provides regular workforce health updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workforce management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
