Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases work for e-commerce or consumer brands.

The successful applicant will be able to create designs that drive conversions in online retail environments, with a deep understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret client briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing) and traditional media (print, packaging, promotional materials).
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and e-commerce promotions.
  • Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels including paid ads and social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimization) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
