Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Performance Marketing Specialist.

About the Job
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Meta and Google Ads, as well as a working knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok advertising.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to build and scale digital ad campaigns that drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns.

ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development
  • Develop high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
Campaign Optimization
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and return on ad spend targets.
Reach Expansion
  • Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns where applicable.
Creative ServicesAd Copywriting
  • Write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage.
Creative Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations including static, video, carousel, and user-generated content formats.
Content Sourcing
  • SOURCE AND MANAGE UGC CREATORS develop creative briefs and analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content.
Analytics & ReportingPerformance Monitoring
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights campaign results and recommendations for continuous improvement.
KPI Ownership
  • OWN AND TRACK KEY MARKETING KPIS such as CPA ROAS CTR CVR and CAC.
Communication
  • Communicate performance results and strategic initiatives clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
