Global S/4HANA Transformation Lead

This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the most significant S/4HANA transformations in the life sciences industry.

Job Description:
  • Our client embarks on a multi-year transformation programme to implement S/4HANA across their worldwide operations. As Global S/4HANA Transformation Lead, you will oversee this global programme strategy, roadmap and delivery plan.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own programme governance, steering committees and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Lead systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Manage risks and change control.
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and visibility.
About You:
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA programmes.
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences.
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial skills with ability to manage large budgets.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages an advantage.
Required Skills:
  • Full lifecycle experience of S/4HANA transformations.
  • Programme governance, delivery assurance and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Regulatory knowledge and compliance skills.
  • Commercial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
