Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent design skills.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Create visually engaging assets including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, email templates, branding materials, and more.
  • Work across multiple client accounts, each with unique brand guidelines, audiences, and project goals.
  • Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Produce high-quality work within quick turnaround times, aligned with industry standards for speed and precision.
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations.
  • Manage design files and documentation in an organized, efficient manner using cloud tools and project management platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio of real-world design work.
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and optionally Figma.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in American English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers.
  • Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly.
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with basic UI design or website asset creation.
  • Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp for task management.
  • Experience working in a BPO, VA agency, or outsourcing environment.
