We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

  • About the role:
  1. Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Develop and maintain financial models, including three-way forecasting, to drive business decisions.
  2. Pull and analyze reports from various systems, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  3. Support the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycle, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial data.
  4. Manage intercompany journals, transactions, and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
  5. Consolidate reporting across different regions, providing a comprehensive view of financial performance.
  6. Reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data, ensuring accuracy in recurring revenue streams.
  7. Provide financial analysis and insights that help shape business strategies, acting as a trusted partner to leadership.
  8. Prepare SaaS Metrics reporting, highlighting key performance indicators.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to optimize finance functions.
  10. Tax filings and compliance – Income tax, transfer pricing, GST, FBT.
  11. Compile monthly Management Reporting and oversee Year End Financial Statement preparation.
Qualifications
  • CA or CPA qualified with Australia or New Zealand experience (preferred).
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years accounting and financial analysis experience.
  • Experience leading month-end close processes – end to end, and intercompany accounting and reporting.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription revenue models (preferred but not essential). Experience with Stripe preferred.
Skills
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, including financial and three-way modeling.
  • Experience with month-end close and intercompany accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver reliable results.
