About the Role

Job Description

The successful candidate will drive the development and ongoing optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across various markets or client segments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels
  • Managing and optimizing high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including ad boosting, with a focus on reaching specific client KPIs
  • Leading detailed testing and refinement processes for paid social media strategies for a high volume of clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to discover, test, and implement innovative content-boosting techniques and digital strategies across various client verticals
  • Overseeing the setup, monitoring, and efficiency of ad campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of results
  • Managing relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets while maximizing campaign effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven ability to craft engaging, high-performing ad copy with strong writing and communication skills
  • Possession of passion and expertise in all things digital, with proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major advertising platforms
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple large-scale ad campaigns and stakeholders or clients simultaneously, ensuring precise attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategic marketing decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Business Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Preferred experience with Meta reporting tools, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
