Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building, maintaining and improving the software behind our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software products.
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and software component delivery.
  • Actively participating in designing, developing and implementing new features while enhancing/maintaining existing ones.
  • Performing QA testing on your work and that of others to ensure product reliability.
  • Reviewing pull requests, asking clarifying questions, providing constructive guidance and maintaining a healthy codebase.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of software projects while upholding established quality standards.
  • Continuously enhancing your technical knowledge and sharing insights with the team.
  • Assisting in diagnosing system issues and implementing effective resolution strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, encompassing frontend, backend and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Front-end development tools and frameworks, including Vanilla JS and React.
  • Object-Oriented Design, functional programming and scripting competency.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and deployment tools.
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
