Job Title: Senior Visual Content CreatorJob Overview

The role involves developing high-quality artwork, graphics, and layouts based on client direction. You will collaborate with team members to create innovative concepts and marketing collateral, including logos, brochures, social media posts, and web designs, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Staying updated with design trends is essential, and experience in animation, motion graphics, illustration, and 3D design would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing visual content for projects according to client instructions and design leader guidance.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop new designs and concepts.
  • Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to the team.
  • Working with the marketing team to design and create various types of marketing collateral.
  • Ensuring that all designs reflect the brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Keeping up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure that our designs are fresh and innovative.
  • Experience with animation, motion graphics, illustration, and 3D design would be beneficial.
Required Skills / Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years' experience working in graphic design with strong skills and portfolio.
  • Preferably with experience in the agency setting (supporting multiple clients/brands).
  • Able to work remotely during regular business hours.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or other design software.
  • Experience in Animation, Motion Graphics, Illustration, 3D designs, Adobe Workfront, and Monday.com would be advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Experience in digital and printing.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Positive, driven mindset, able to work well with a team.
