The Role

We are seeking a skilled Prior Authorization Specialist to join our team in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time hybrid role with paid training conducted onsite for 2 weeks up to 30 days, followed by a flexible hybrid work setup.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage prior authorization requests from healthcare providers and patients efficiently.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals to gather required documentation.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of authorization requests and approvals.
  • Provide updates and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of prior authorization processes in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with providers, patients, and insurance companies.
  • Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
