We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Software Developer to drive innovation in our agile development environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services, including unit testing, code deployment, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop efficient and secure backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
  • Develop and optimize APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, team productivity, and reduce risk.
Requirements

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, particularly backend tech stacks.
  • Proficiency in Java or Go programming languages.
  • Significant experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test Driven Design.
  • Strong expertise in unit testing, Test-Driven Development, code review, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS.

Complementary Competencies:

  • Thorough understanding of RESTful services and different architectures.
  • Familiarity with version control and defect tracking tools like Git, Jira.
  • Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with container environments, Docker.
  • Knowledge of database management SQL/NoSQL and experience integrating databases with backend systems.
