The Commercial Operations team is responsible for defining and optimizing global sales processes to achieve strategic goals, as well as developing data-driven insights for senior management.

  • Ownership of standard Sales KPIs reporting provided to executive management ensures accuracy and precision in all reports.
  • Building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards enables effective and efficient operations of Global Sales functions.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy teams provides insights to improve commercial strategies by tracking and evaluating sales funnel metrics.
  • Driving continuous improvement of commercial processes involves implementing performance monitoring capabilities, investigating processes, and developing clear action plans to deliver against strategic results.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining power bi dashboards to enable effective and efficient operation of global sales functions.
