Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing operational support to our business partner, ensuring the smooth execution of key business processes.

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM system, overseeing and optimizing business processes, and identifying inefficiencies to develop or improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely data entry and pipeline tracking.
  • Oversee and optimize key business processes related to property acquisition and disposition.
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop or improve SOPs to streamline workflows.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations within the real estate industry, specifically in property acquisition and disposition.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
