Role Overview

A seasoned email strategist is needed to drive significant revenue through strategic marketing campaigns. We're seeking a retention expert to oversee the complete strategy for high-growth brands.

This role requires a data-driven individual who can leverage Klaviyo and other tools to turn insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the retention strategy for 7- to 8-figure brands, focusing on driving revenue through targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Transforming raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for key decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Triple Whale to inform data-driven decisions.
Core Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Klaviyo and similar retention platforms.
  • A proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments or high-growth direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Holistic understanding of marketing channels beyond just email.
