Job Title: Cybersecurity Threat Analyst

The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive security monitoring, investigation, and response services within the organization. This entails detecting and investigating all security events on the global network, endpoints, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and efficient resolution of security threats.
  • Collaborate with data asset owners to establish business response plans and support compliance audits for regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and analyze security event logs to identify patterns and anomalies, and develop use cases to improve detection accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and participate in regular team meetings to discuss new findings and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in information security with a focus on threat analysis and incident response.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM and EDR tools, as well as cloud and firewall monitoring techniques.
  • Experience with threat hunting and forensic analysis, including risk management and vulnerability assessment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
