We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Financial Fanatics. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QBO, and MYOB. You will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Bank Reconciliation
  • A/R and A/P Processing
  • Short Term Cash Flows
  • Bookkeeping
  • Administrative tasks
  • Payroll Processing
  • Taxation
  • Superannuation
  • Workcover
  • PAYG Annual Summary Lodgement
  • BAS Preparations and Lodgement
  • Month-end closing - processing of general journals, accruals, standing journals, and general ledger adjustments.

You will also be required to prepare Financial Statements and Management Reports, as well as Annual Accounts Preparations. Additionally, you may be asked to perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
