Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Perform account reconciliations on a daily and/or monthly basis.
  • Handle complicated account reconciliation and assist in promptly resolving client complaints.
  • Prepare customer refunds for overpayments, duplicate payments, and payments made to the wrong business.
  • Assist in preparing weekly aging reports and prioritizing accounts based on past-due status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or non-bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in accounts receivable or collection.
  • Experience working in a BPO set-up.
  • Amenable for night shift work schedule.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
