3D BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled 3D BIM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D building information models (BIMs) for various projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit drafting/modeling is necessary.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation is essential.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation is required.
- Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards is highly desirable.
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets are expected.
- Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models is crucial.
