Client Growth Expert Opportunity

Reel Edge is seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client growth through operational management, client success, and support. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless and efficient workflows.
  2. Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  3. Welcome new customers and guide them through our processes to enhance their experience.
  4. Engage with customers proactively to remind them of pending actions, assist with issues, and provide support.
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, audits, and compliance actions for future reference.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, sales, customer success, or support functions/roles.
  2. Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and decision-making capabilities.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  6. Experience working for a US-based technology company or startup.
