Graphic Design Team Member

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing high-performing ad creatives that drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and engaging ad creatives that meet performance marketing standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to concept and execute ad designs that align with our brand strategy.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve our visual identity in line with strategic goals.
  • Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
