Main Responsibilities
  1. Daily assessment and screening of corporate TA applicants to ensure effective implementation of competency-based interviews.

  3. Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates for various positions, leveraging diverse resources to source high-quality candidates.
  4. Building expertise in customer groups to optimize recruitment efforts, developing innovative strategies to meet business objectives.
  5. Verifying candidate qualifications, informing candidates about selection progress, and extending job offers when necessary.
  6. Fostering salary administration alignment and fairness within the organization, collaborating with compensation teams.
Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with BPO industry exposure considered advantageous.
