AP Specialist

Nityo Infotech is seeking a highly skilled AP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury or accounts payable related work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the accounts payable process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in treasury or accounts payable related work.
- Proficient in ERP Systems, preferably MFG Pro or Oracle.
- Familiarity with different banks and basic knowledge of bank products and services.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Google applications.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Shared Services/BPO environment.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- International and culturally diverse work experience.
