• Manage pre-credit loan processing tasks including retention pricing, valuations, data entry, and post-settlement support
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of loan applications
• Conduct retention pricing of existing client portfolios
• Prepare servicing calculators for brokers
• Send welcome communications and initial data requests to new clients
• Enter data for new clients and update existing client records
• Request, index, and organize supporting documents, identifying missing items
• Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations
• Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like Quickli, strategy sheets, and loan options maps
• Draft lender application notes and support brokers with lender option preparation
• Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
• Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients
• Assist in preparing and managing discharge forms for settlements
