  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions to colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a skilled Software Developer with a focus on automations, ideally with a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, N8N, or similar platforms, with a deep understanding of how to leverage them to streamline business processes.
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to navigate complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating different software systems, with a proven track record of successful integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
