We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Preschool Teacher to join our team at Norde International Distributors. As a key member of our preschool program, you will be responsible for teaching Mandarin language classes to young children and supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering engaging Mandarin language lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assessing student progress in Mandarin language proficiency and adjusting instruction accordingly.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute special events that promote cultural exchange and community engagement.
- Providing regular updates to parents and stakeholders on student progress and achievement.
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and Mandarin language instruction.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong knowledge of Mandarin language and culture, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably in a bilingual or multilingual environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
