Financial Director

Telengtan Brothers & Sons, Inc. La Suerte Cigar and Cigarette Factory is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA are an advantage.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
