About the Role

As a strategic ghostwriter, you will collaborate with a dynamic entrepreneur who leads multiple ventures across diverse sectors.

Your role is to craft compelling thought leadership content that aligns with the founder's voice and brand positioning. This includes producing short- and long-form content designed to grow their personal influence and strengthen the visibility of their ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write engaging and high-impact content for LinkedIn and executive insights.
  • Collaborate with the founder and their team to source ideas via briefings or recorded conversations.
  • Maintain a consistent voice that is confident, clear, inspiring, and thought-provoking.

With a focus on long-term personal brand growth and audience trust, you will be responsible for crafting a narrative that resonates with the founder's mission and vision.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in ghostwriting or executive thought leadership content.
  • Is a strong storyteller with an editorial mindset and a keen understanding of business strategy.
  • Can switch tones while keeping messaging consistent with the founder's personal brand.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, be proactive, collaborative, and deadline-driven, and have experience or interest in at least two of the following sectors: property, business growth, events, AI, finance, or startups.
