Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical assistance for the Oracle E-Business Suite of our client.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interface solutions for inbound and outbound dataflows as well as data migrations.
  • Configure and support workflow within Oracle EBS.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages.
  • Build and sustain OA framework.
  • Develop Oracle reports within the application.
  • Perform month end processing activities.
  • Conduct peer code reviews for developments created by other technical team members.
  • Review and appraise functional and non-functional requirements in order to design and deliver software solutions.
  • Develop software that conforms to industry and organizational best practices / coding standards.
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues where appropriate and share system knowledge.
  • Produce detailed and thorough documentation in relation to development processes and tasks.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of service and implementation of global development standards.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance with operational risk requirements.
  • Complete mandatory training by required deadlines.
