Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our staff to provide an excellent dining experience, handling guest interactions with professionalism, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and seat customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start
* Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and drink offerings
* Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff with precision
* Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation
* Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and checking in on satisfaction
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with courtesy and professionalism
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to high standards of food safety and sanitation
* Process payments and provide change or receipts to customers accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
* A friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction is vital for delivering exceptional service
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays if needed
* Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices is necessary for maintaining a clean and safe dining environment
