**Job Description**

Sydenham Laboratories Inc is seeking an exceptional Sales Performance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual sales and purchase order forecasts for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and purchase order targets, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
• Utilize advanced sales skills to effectively communicate with customers, address their needs, and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage client orders from receipt to delivery, guaranteeing high standards and meeting client expectations.
• Stay abreast of company capabilities and services to provide tailored product and service offerings to existing, new, and prospective clients.
• Act as the liaison between Sydenham Laboratories Inc and its clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
• Prepare and submit regular updates and reports on weekly and monthly PO and sales deliveries, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet client expectations and serve the company's best interests.
