Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced contact centre operations manager to join our team. As an expert in UCCX and CUCM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unified communications platform and providing exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of contact centre operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects and day-to-day operations.
  • System Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of UCCX components, including CTI, scripts, and reporting, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to UCCX and CUCM, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UCCX with other Cisco products and third-party applications, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting UCCX components, including CTI, scripts, and reporting.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Configuration and Customization: Knowledgeable in configuration and customization of Contact Centre workflows, call routing, and IVR scripts.
  2. People Management: Must have people management experience.
  3. Integration: Proficient in integration with other Cisco products and third-party applications.
  4. Advanced Skills: Advanced skills in configuration and management of Cisco voice gateways, including ISR and ASR series.
