Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven, strategic, and client-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and understanding client goals to drive brand growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
- Oversee project execution, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Understand client goals, providing strategic recommendations to drive brand growth.
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring seamless communication and project completion.
- Stay ahead of trends, offering insights into digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce (a strong plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
