Fabrication Specialist

At North Taal Steel Corp., we are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

1. Metal Cutting and Joining: Use various metal cutting techniques to fabricate or repair metal parts, ensuring high-quality results.
2. Equipment Maintenance: Install, remove, and perform routine maintenance on special equipment, including paint machines, grinders, and power tools.
3. Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of completed work to facilitate accounting activities and ensure seamless operations.
4. Motor Rewinding: Perform motor rewinding tasks to maintain equipment efficiency.
5. Quality Control: Inspect output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds, guaranteeing high-quality products.
6. Issue Reporting: Report existing and potential issues to supervisors, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
7. Preventive Maintenance: Ensure regular preventive maintenance of machines to prevent downtime and optimize production.
8. Fault Resolution: Respond promptly to faults and requests in operations, minimizing disruptions to production.
9. Troubleshooting: Solve partly mechanical and electrical issues on various production and facilities equipment, demonstrating expertise and resourcefulness.
10. Tool Maintenance: Maintain personal work tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
11. Safety Promotion: Promote safety procedures in the workplace area, fostering a culture of safety and well-being.
