Job Summary

Silver Peaks Accounting Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to handle high-priority client accounts.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Prepare accurate financial statements, reconcile accounts, journalize transactions, and analyze client data to assess their financial health.
  3. Record all financial transactions (revenue, expenses, payments, etc.) accurately and timely.
  4. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and trust accounts.
  5. Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
