Job Overview

The Senior Financial Leader is responsible for leading financial strategies, process improvement and system simplification to drive business growth.

He/She will manage key profit and loss items such as gross margins, advertising and promotions, and general & administrative expenses.

He/She will analyze and recommend cost savings opportunities, collaborate with business partners to ensure timely implementation, and monitor the movement of Gross Profit.

  • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead product analytics and reporting, building proper principles on the right level of Gross Profit for product/marketing launches.
  • Analyze product category gross profit and create levers to improve profit, partnering with various stakeholders to understand the drivers of cost of the product.
  • Ensure the integrity of product costing database in various platforms and provide financial recommendations to ensure project targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage main office and operations annual budget.
  • Provide outlook and opportunities in cost savings.
  • Timely escalation of business risks and opportunities to partners.
  • Drive main office and operations budget to ensure efficiency and target achievement.
