TikTok Shop Marketing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to manage our TikTok Shop presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for up to 10 TikTok Shop accounts, focusing on product listings, promotions, account creation, content re-posting, and performance tracking.
  • Create data-driven affiliate marketing campaigns that drive e-commerce results, leveraging sub-accounts to re-share engaging content.
  • Nurture relationships with affiliates and influencers to expand brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, including ROI, traffic, and sales, to identify growth opportunities and inform actionable insights.
  • Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in affiliate marketing (at least 3 years).
  • Experience managing multiple TikTok Shop accounts for diverse brands.
  • Agency experience is essential, with a history of handling multiple accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok's features, trends, and user behavior, including the Creator Marketplace and e-commerce capabilities.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Experience managing multiple agency accounts.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proven success in content-driven campaigns, particularly on TikTok.
  • Expertise in affiliate program development and management.
