Online Reputation Manager - Drive Business Success

Job Overview:

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving our online presence across review platforms, social media channels, and forums.

 

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities:1. Online Review Management

Monitor and respond to online reviews on various review platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.

2. Social Media Engagement

Track and engage with relevant conversations on social media platforms, including Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

3. Content Creation

Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews, highlighting company strengths and addressing customer concerns.

4. Issue Escalation

Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership, ensuring timely action and minimizing potential risks.

5. Reporting and Analytics

Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity, providing valuable insights for business improvement.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience using monitoring/ORM tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar).
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
