Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
  • Analyze and resolve client complaints through root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
