Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing accurate forecasts, ensuring strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients, and representing our approach to media acquisition and its tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop High-Leverage Skills: Develop high-leverage skills, take feedback quickly, deliver quality work on time, persevere, learn from repeated exercises.
  • Align with the Team: Align with the team, manage and collaborate with pod members, maintain data integrity across systems, execute Prophet system for clients, build Growth Forecasts, analyze data, align marketing calendars, monitor and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs, implement tests, and contribute to strategic plans.
  • Maintain a Delta: Maintain a Delta within 5% of the Forecast, align daily with client strategy, execute Prophet system on time and with high quality.
  • Lead Growth Map Goals: Lead growth map goals, provide daily performance updates, ensure alignment with strategy and forecast, participate in weekly strategy calls.
