Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative products in the WordPress space.

The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and eCommerce, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and inspire agility in their team.

Responsibilities include speaking to customers to understand their problems, ideating on how our products can solve these issues, and working with talented designers to bring those ideas to life.

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, collaborating with development and UI/UX teams, and conducting customer interviews to identify market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Visionary: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Customer Advocate: Conduct telephone/video-call customer interviews to identify customer needs and market trends that inform product decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in WordPress and eCommerce is required.
  • WooCommerce Expertise would be highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to communicate well in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to learn new product ecosystems quickly.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
