Social Media Strategist Role

As a key member of our digital team, the Social Media Strategist will play a vital role in administering our social media presence. This position involves creating engaging content, managing posts, and interacting with followers to achieve business objectives.

  • Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to inform content creation and engagement strategies
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content daily, including text, images, videos, and news articles
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including SEO and web traffic data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
  • Engage with followers, respond to customer reviews, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of social media account profiles, including cover images and profile pictures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a social media coordinator or manager
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems and social media platforms
  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, and Google Analytics

This is a remote position that requires a stable internet connection, computer, noise-cancelling headset, backup internet connection, and dual monitor.
