Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to take on a key role in our design team. This position will be responsible for creating and developing high-quality digital marketing assets across various markets, brands, and categories of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and design digital marketing assets across organic/paid social, CRM, and display for both static and video digital placements.
  • Utilize conceptual thinking to create innovative digital ideas.
  • Develop digital storyboards and animations as needed.
  • Execute adaptations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
  • Manage and prioritize the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality digital design work.
  • Protect and maintain global brand identity guidelines and translate them into creative projects, ensuring cohesive digital design across touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing credibility in digital design.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong skills in typography, design systems, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
